I am willing to share with you my top 3 Tips to Eating Clean on a Budget but you have to promise me you will share this with your friends and implement right away! Deal?

1. Have a Plan. Think of what sounds good or what you haven't had in a while and find a clean recipe for it. If you're really craving something, it is likely you will be willing to eat it for dinner and maybe lunch the next day.

2. With the above being said...the best way to save money is to buy what is on sale at your favorite health food store. Sooo, you may want to visit their website or get on their email list so you can make your menu from food that is on sale that week.

3. Buy in bulk whenver you can and cook in bulk as much as you can. Make up large batches of food and freeze. You will eventually end up with several meals already made so you will save money by not running to the store every other night.

4. BONUS Tip: I'm sure more and more wholesale places will continue to pop up online but for now, try shopping at Thrive Market(membership required) Puritan's Pride, or Sam's Club, BJ's etc.

5. BONUS Tip #2: There aren't alot of coupons available for natural, clean goods like vegetables and fruit, or chicken, bacon, etc. but sometimes you can go directly to the website of the brand and see if they are offering anything or always try popular coupon sites like retailmenot. etc.
