Of course you know about eating clean, lifting weights, avoiding sugar, food prep, etc. If you're like most people you probably haven't had alot of time to explore all the resources available to help you on your new journey. I've done the work for you so keep reading and find links to valuable products to help you get on track with your health!!

If portion control is a struggle for you or you're just not sure you know how to make really clean, healthy meals, consider getting some help. I've found the best place to order meals delivered to your door. These meals taste great, ingredients are listed, you can choose which foods you want, and order in whatever quantity you want. Delivers to your door in a cooler with dry ice.

If you want to cook yourself, visit www.fastpaleo.com for hundreds of clean recipes for dinner, breakfast, snacks and desserts.

Do you need to follow a trusted, clean, healthy program that tells you exactly what to do , how and when? I totally recommend the Whole 30. This is only for those who are ready to get off all the junk. This program does not allow for any sugar, cheats, dairy or processed foods. It is a strict plan that you must follow and I promise you will see results.

Foam Roller

If you're going to start working out, you must invest in a Foam Roller. Use this after a tough workout or anytime you can feel tense muscles or sore spots. Use the DVD or view You Tube videos to learn different ways to use your new Foam Roller.

Healthy Snacks

We all have the urge to snack sometimes so when those times hit, make sure you have ONLY healthy foods in the pantry to grab and go. Raw veggies and fruits are the best but here we found some options if you have to from Doritos and Cheetos to Veggie Chips and Smart Pop. Non GMO snacks.

Food Prep Containers

It is true that if you make a list of healthy foods and spend time one day a week ( I do this on Sunday) prepping meals for the week, you will be better prepared to stay on track. Once prepared, all you have to do is grab these healthy meals and go! Prepare these for your kids too.

Exercise Tracker

If you really want to track your activity and see if you're working off enough calories based on food intake and even track your sleep, use a fitness tracker. It is a little time consuming at first to log food, but if you truly want a look into what you're consuming vs. burning, this is the way to do it.

If you're looking for new at home fitness program please follow this link and browse tons of options like Piyo, P90X, Les Mills Pump, Hammer & Chisel and more!!
