5 Ideas to Change your Life...Starting Monday!

Today is the day! You're going to make the change. You're going to stop doing what you always do and step outside of your comfort zone. Yes siree! I bet you are tired of feeling stuck and tired. Ready to kick some butt and take some names? Great! Let's get started.

1. Wake up 15-30 minutes earlier. Carve a little time out of your day to work towards...IT.. that thing...your goal. If it's losing weight, work out for 15 minutes. It it's search for a new career, use this time to browse the online job boards. If you want to get out of debt, put together a plan. Oh, you want to be more spiritual...use this early morning time before life gets crazy to journal or read a devotional. Just like anything else in life, you can do this and eventually it will become a habit.

2. Eat more veggies! Seriously. Yes. Figure out how. Drink them. Eat them Raw. Steam them. Cook them on the grill. Find new recipes. Just get more greens in. Alot. Every day. As much as you want!

Greens offer nutrients, vitamins, energy, fight off sickenss, have fiber, can be medicinal, etc. etc.

Eat asparagus, broccoli, leafy greens, avocado, swiss chard, kale, celery, beets, carrots, etc.

3. Move at least 30 minutes a day. Please, please, please, move a little everyday. You can walk, run, swim, jazzercise or whatever it is you like to do and can squeeze in your day. Write it on your calendar. Schedule like an appointment. Plan around it and make it happen! Your jeans will thank you...oh and probably your significant other too!

This is not only good for your body but really, really good for your stress level. If you can get the 30 minutes in doing something outdoors, that's even better.

4. Do one or two things every week that you LOVE to do! Make sure you get in "me time" every week. If you do not, you will burn out, stress out, and just resent everyone and everything that have anything to do with why you can't stop for an hour or so.

Maybe you love a really good pizza or love to get manicures...whatever it is, plan it in your life. Please?!! This really is just beneficial to all of us if you're happy!!

5. Have a plan for your life and LIVE IT!! Your dreams and goals, pursue them. Don't let years and years go by while you are too busy to stop and enjoy yourself. Have fun in every experience. Show Gratitude. Believe in Yourself. Love yourself.

Get out a large calendar pad and start writing notes on each day of what you can do to propel you into your dream life.
